1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RoyceFoods website (roycefood.in) and the RoyceFoods employee ordering platform (order.roycefood.in), together the "Platforms", operated by RoyceFoods ("RoyceFoods", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using either Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platforms.

2. About RoyceFoods

RoyceFoods is a Bangalore-based food-service operator providing corporate cafeteria management, cloud kitchen production, and event catering, and operating an employee ordering platform for staff at partner corporate sites.

3. Use of the marketing website

Content on roycefood.in (service descriptions, proposals, contact forms, company information) is provided for informational purposes and to help you enquire about our services. Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding contract — a service engagement is only formed once both parties sign a proposal, service agreement, or purchase order.

4. Corporate service engagements

Cafeteria, cloud kitchen, and event catering engagements are governed by the specific proposal, service agreement, or purchase order signed with each client. Where any term of a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails.

5. Employee ordering platform (order.roycefood.in)

Access to the ordering platform is limited to employees and authorised staff of organisations RoyceFoods serves at a given site, identified via that site's QR code or staff login. You are responsible for keeping any session/login credentials confidential and for all activity under your session.

Menu availability, item pricing, and service windows are set per site and may change without prior notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase at the price displayed at the time of order; we confirm the order once accepted.

6. Pricing & payment

All prices on the ordering platform are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Depending on the site, payment may be made by cash at the counter, employer-funded corporate benefit, or online via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking through our payment gateway partner.

Online payments are processed by our RBI-authorised payment gateway partner. RoyceFoods does not receive, process, or store your card number, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials — these are handled entirely within our payment partner's secure, PCI-DSS-compliant systems.

7. User conduct

You agree not to misuse either Platform — including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with normal operation, or submitting false information when placing an order or an enquiry.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Platforms — including text, graphics, logos, and the RoyceFoods name and branding — is the property of RoyceFoods or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

RoyceFoods provides the Platforms on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, RoyceFoods is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platforms, beyond the value of the specific order or engagement in question.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Platforms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Platforms after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
